I recently took on a little work gig, Friday and Saturday nights at a private members club. I love the fact I get to dress up and chat with some amazing people …. Even if I don’t finish until 2:30am 🤣🤣

Just popping in to say ‘Hi’.

I’m still here, although I haven’t posted much, mostly due to summer holidays. I’ve also been going over a few things in what I want for this page, and for my coaching business in general.

I’m actually looking to start running some in person workshops and I really really want to do a retreat at some point!

When we take the time out to get to know ourselves on every level, is when we find the wisdom, strength and empowerment to become our authentic selves and that’s where the power is!

Hey there!!

I’ve been MIA for quite a while on Instagram. I felt like I haven’t been in a place to post anything, and to be honest, I’ve struggled with content.

I find that’s the thing with social media and it’s often good to take a break to figure these things out.

I’ve been thinking about where I want this account to go. Where do I want to put my focus and what I really want to discuss on here.

Coaching and empowering women is my passion, but I also find I hold back in discussing the topics I truly want to talk about out of fear of how others will see me.

But, I’m coming to the realisation that I need to be true to myself in order to really be there for others and not worry if what I say offends people.

So, going forward, if discussing sexual reawakening, orgasms and all kinds of juicy stuff offends, then you may wish to unfollow. ✌🏻

I’m no longer going to be ashamed and dim my light for anyone.

What you think of yourself is so much more important than what other people may think of you.

This can be a tough one to overcome - especially if you’re a people pleaser like me!

Having to alter your mindset so you realise that YOU are all that matters! As long as YOU like yourself, then who gives a shit what others think. As long as YOU are authentic and true to yourself, then no one else’s opinions matter.

It’s a tough journey - but it’s one that can be done and the feeling once you get there is liberating!

I’ve been working behind the scenes on all sorts of things the past few weeks.

I have this passion inside me to teach women how to truly love themselves in so many different ways and I can’t wait to share it all with you in the forms of content here, challenges, courses and retreats!

Even those who seem like they have it all together, don’t.

I recently took a couple weeks away from Instagram.

I was finding that I was aimlessly scrolling. Often comparing myself to others. All things I advise people not to do - so I took a step back.

I really wanted to focus on what it is I wanted. And the truth is - I truly believe that my calling is to help other women reawaken their inner Goddess. To find their confidence, fall in love with themselves, embrace their sexual side.

So, that’s what I’m here for. I’ll be creating new content on being confident, self love, and yes - SEX!
